This is not a slow-moving project role.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-growth, high-energy environments and knows how to turn innovative product ideas into commercially successful launches.
You will take ownership of a global new product development pipeline across a range of consumer health and wellness categories, managing multiple launches from concept through to formulation, testing, regulatory, commercialisation and go-to-market.
Working closely with senior leaders, including the CEO/founder, you will be the central connector between commercial vision and technical execution. You will bring pace, structure and accountability to a busy NPD roadmap, keeping stakeholders aligned, deadlines visible and launch dates on track.
The role
You will own and drive the NPD project pipeline across multiple international markets, typically managing concurrent projects at any given time.
Your role will include:
- Leading end-to-end NPD projects from concept to launch
- Managing timelines, critical paths, budgets, documentation and stage-gate requirements
- Coordinating stakeholders across sales, supply chain, quality, brand, eCommerce, marketing, regulatory and finance
- Running fast-paced planning sessions that turn ambiguity into clear, dated milestones
- Maintaining live risk registers and re-phasing logs
- Escalating blockers quickly and holding stakeholders accountable
- Supporting launch readiness across manufacture, freight, customer DC and on-shelf dates
- Leading, coaching and developing two direct reports
- Driving a sharper, more disciplined approach to NPD governance and execution
You are highly organised, commercially aware and naturally driven. You know how to manage complexity without slowing the business down.
You bring energy into a room, but you also bring structure. You can influence senior stakeholders, challenge timelines, follow up relentlessly and keep projects moving when priorities shift.
You will ideally bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in NPD, product development or project management
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, health, wellness, food, beverage or other fast-moving product-based environments
- Strong project management capability across multiple concurrent launches
- Confidence managing stakeholders across technical, commercial and operational teams
- Experience working with project tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com or similar
- Strong attention to detail and a bias for execution
- The ability to operate at pace in a scale-up environment
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness or consumer products
- Relevant qualifications in project management, nutrition, food science, chemistry or a related field
