We’re partnering with a leading organisation in the manufacturing industry to recruit an experienced and strategic Organisational Development Business Partner. This is a rare opportunity to step into a role with genuine ownership and influence, driving culture, performance, and leadership development during a period of organisational transformation.
About the Role
Reporting directly into the HR Director – Pacific Region, you’ll act as a trusted advisor across the business, designing and delivering targeted OD initiatives that enhance employee capability, engagement, and performance. You’ll lead change management projects, learning and development programs, and talent initiatives, while partnering with leaders to embed a high-performing culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys project management, and can confidently influence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organisational change initiatives and support major transformation projects
  • Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs, including onboarding and leadership development
  • Facilitate culture-building initiatives, engagement surveys, and recognition programs
  • Manage performance management campaigns and support succession planning for critical roles
  • Partner with leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with external providers and Workday LMS experts to deliver learning programs
  • Analyse engagement and performance data to drive evidence-based OD interventions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies

About You
We’re looking for someone strategic, commercially aware, and confident, with the ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders at all levels. You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in Organisational Development, Change Management, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives
  • Excellent consultation, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Experience designing and executing leadership and development programs
  • Analytical skills to interpret engagement, performance, and HR data
  • Experience in manufacturing highly regarded
  • Exposure to Workday LMS or similar systems advantageous
