Our client is an established Australian business with offices globally, offering a stable workforce, supportive leadership and a friendly, down-to-earth culture. Based in Kingsgrove, this opportunity provides strong mentoring, variety and long-term development.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will support the full employee lifecycle and become a key point of contact for employees and managers.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating recruitment, contracts, onboarding and offboarding
  • Managing employee records, documentation and HR administration
  • Responding to general employee and manager enquiries
  • Supporting performance review and employee relations processes
  • Assisting with HR policies, compliance and reporting
  • Coordinating learning, engagement and wellbeing initiatives
  • Liaising with the outsourced payroll provider
  • Supporting HR projects, including the implementation of a new HRIS
About You
You will ideally have:
  • Two to three years’ experience in an HR Coordinator, P&C Coordinator role
  • Broad exposure across recruitment and HR administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The confidence to build relationships with employees and managers
  • A practical, proactive and collaborative working style
  • An understanding of HR policies and Australian employment legislation
  • A relevant HR, Business or related qualification is preferred
  • Award exposure would be advantageous but is not essential
Most importantly, you will be keen to learn, willing to roll up your sleeves and able to work independently as skills grow.
