Are you a confident HR professional looking to broaden your generalist experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? We’re partnering with a well-established business based in Baulkham Hills that’s seeking a capable People & Culture Advisor to join their collaborative team.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a diverse workforce and play an integral role in embedding strong people practices, driving engagement, and contributing to meaningful organisational initiatives. The business operates in a regulated, safety-conscious environment and is known for its positive culture and continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of employee relations and industrial relations matters.
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Support performance management and professional development processes, including training and reviews.
  • Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies and compliance frameworks.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and support broader change initiatives.
About You:

You are a proactive and adaptable HR professional with a sound understanding of employment legislation and a passion for fostering positive workplace experiences. You enjoy working across a variety of HR functions and can confidently build relationships at all levels of an organisation.

You’ll also bring:
  • Previous experience as a People and Culture advisor or equivalent. 
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organisational capability
  • A team-oriented approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms (e.g ELMO).
  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential matters
