Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Support performance management and professional development processes, including training and reviews.
- Contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies and compliance frameworks.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate on HR projects and support broader change initiatives.
You are a proactive and adaptable HR professional with a sound understanding of employment legislation and a passion for fostering positive workplace experiences. You enjoy working across a variety of HR functions and can confidently build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience as a People and Culture advisor or equivalent.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational capability
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms (e.g ELMO).
- Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential matters
