About the Role:
As the Planning & Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting production and supply chain activities by coordinating purchasing, production scheduling, and inventory control. This hands-on role is key to ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and in full, while maintaining optimal stock levels across materials and finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the daily production schedule
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Raise purchase orders for raw materials and packaging
- Liaise with internal departments including operations, warehouse, and procurement
- Update ERP systems and generate inventory and planning reports
- Investigate stock discrepancies and support stocktakes
- Prior experience in a similar planning, inventory, or supply coordination role
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills (SAP, Pronto, or similar)
- Solid organisational and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
