Reporting to senior leadership, the Product Manager will own an established portfolio while supporting additional product lines as needed. You’ll lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management, ensuring solutions meet market needs, regulatory standards, and commercial goals. This role suits a hands-on Product Manager who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys taking products from concept to launch and continuous optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing, key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and executing product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Leading end-to-end product development from concept to launch and post-launch optimisation
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, cost optimisation, and market differentiation
- Conducting market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis
- Collaborating with suppliers and industry stakeholders
- Ensuring products comply with industry standards, quality requirements, and environmental regulations
- Supporting product performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will bring strong product leadership experience and demonstrate the following:
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally within environmental products
- Degree in Engineering or relevant industry/trade background
- Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
