They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Service/Maintenance Manager to lead, motivate and manage the NSW Service Division. This pivotal role is responsible for driving service performance, strengthening customer relationships and implementing strategies that enhance revenue, productivity and service excellence.
The Position:
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will have the opportunity to oversee a high-performing team, ensure operational efficiency, identifying growth opportunities, implementing service contracts and supporting both local and national initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional growth, sales and KPI delivery
- Lead, develop and manage a high-performing service team
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and completion of service and maintenance tasks
- Implement and manage ongoing service contracts
- Identify new business opportunities, quote work, and liaise with clients
- Ensure service quality, compliance, and safe work practices
- Act as escalation point for customer issues and complaints
- Conduct site visits to support quoting, technical services, and project evaluation
- Manage staff performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and timesheet approvals
- Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in an organised and safe manner
- Proven leadership experience in service or maintenance management
- Hands-on, strategic and results-driven with the ability to motivate teams
- Strong operational and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
- Hours of work will be 6.15am to 2.45pm or 7.00am to 4.00pm
- Circa $120 - $130K + Car + Super
