What You’ll Be Doing
  • Taking ownership of a large, thriving territory across NSW & ACT
  • Nurturing and expanding an impressive portfolio of established accounts (70%)
  • Capitalising on a steady flow of new inbound opportunities (30%)
  • Working closely with contractors, consultants, and end users
  • Responding to complex tenders, technical briefs, and solution requests
  • Partnering with internal engineers & delivery teams for seamless projects
  • Staying across market trends to maximise opportunities
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven success in technical solution sales — ideally capital equipment, power systems, or industrial services
  • Mechanical or electrical aptitude — trade background welcome, not essential
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Drive, independence, and ability to manage the full sales cycle
  • Technical mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into engineered solutions
  • Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to cover NSW & ACT
