About Us
We are a proud, independent, family-run organisation trusted by local families for years. Our community feels special because we put people first—supporting children to grow in skill, confidence, and independence while ensuring every family feels genuinely welcomed and cared for.
Every detail matters to us—from the warm greeting at the door, to helping a nervous child, to the behind-the-scenes organisation that keeps everything running smoothly.
About the Role
We’re looking for a steady, people-first Operations Manager to join our trusted leadership team.
This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role in a fast-moving, family-focused environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for daily operations, team leadership, compliance, and ensuring every family has an exceptional experience.
Working closely with the Director, HR Manager, and Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative leadership team built on trust and shared purpose.
This role suits someone calm under pressure, values-driven, and ready to pitch in—whether that’s compliance checks, greeting families, or supporting the reception desk.
