As a Senior Supply Chain Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely sourcing of goods and materials. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments and enjoy working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a collaborative team and reporting to the Procurement Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and resolve delivery or quality issues
  • Preparing procurement documentation including requisitions, purchase orders, and reports
  • Supporting the implementation of procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinating with internal departments to meet operational requirements and ensure on-time supply
  • Maintaining organised records of purchasing activities and providing administrative support to the team

The Candidate

The successful applicant will have relevant purchasing or supply chain experience and demonstrate the following attributes:
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in procurement or inventory management systems
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Relevant qualifications will be highly regarded
