This is not a back-office compliance role.
This is a high-impact opportunity to step into a fast-moving, globally expanding consumer brand where regulatory expertise directly shapes product launches, market access, customer trust and commercial growth.
You will be the senior technical authority across product, ingredient, label, packaging and marketing compliance, supporting a high-growth business as it continues to launch products across multiple international markets.
Working closely with NPD, Brand, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain, you will help the business move quickly without compromising regulatory standards, product integrity or consumer safety.
The role
You will own end-to-end regulatory and compliance oversight across a broad product portfolio, ensuring products are compliant and commercially ready before release across key global markets.
Your role will include:
- Owning product and ingredient compliance from formulation through to launch
- Reviewing and approving labels, supplement panels, allergen declarations and on-pack claims
- Managing product registrations and listings across multiple jurisdictions
- Leading regulatory assessment of new ingredients and NPD initiatives
- Signing off label artwork prior to print release
- Ensuring packaging meets market-specific requirements, including warnings, recycling symbols and country-of-origin requirements
- Managing packaging sustainability and EPR obligations
- Building and maintaining a claims substantiation framework for marketing and brand teams
- Reviewing consumer-facing claims across performance, health, nutrient content and related areas
- Supporting supplier qualification, GMP compliance, COA review and contract manufacturer compliance
- Overseeing adverse event reporting, complaints handling, recalls and withdrawals where required
- Monitoring regulatory change and providing practical risk advice to commercial and NPD teams
You are an experienced regulatory affairs and compliance professional who knows how to operate in a commercial, fast-paced consumer goods environment.
You bring strong technical judgement, but you are also pragmatic, solutions-focused and able to help teams move forward with confidence.
You will ideally bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Food Science, Nutrition, Biomedical Science, Law, Regulatory Affairs or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in regulatory affairs, compliance or product governance
- Strong knowledge of dietary supplement, functional food, consumer health or FMCG regulation
- Experience working across more than one international market
- Confidence reviewing labels, product claims, packaging and consumer-facing marketing material
- Experience supporting NPD, product launches and commercial teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without slowing momentum
This is a chance to join a high-growth consumer brand with serious momentum and international reach.
You will have visibility across senior leadership, influence across the product pipeline and the opportunity to build compliance frameworks that support both commercial ambition and regulatory confidence.
If you enjoy being close to the action, partnering with energetic teams and bringing structure to a business that is moving quickly, this role will give you plenty of scope to make an impact.
