The Role  
This is a key leadership position leading the Sydney Billing and Contracts Data Integrity teams, ensuring accurate invoicing and efficient contract setup. Reporting directly to the National Service Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with Service and Sales departments to support the full-service job lifecycle, from job costing to onboarding new contracts, while maintaining ERP data integrity. 
 
Key Responsibilities  
As the Service Administration Manager, you will: 
  • Lead and mentor the Billing & Contracts team, driving high-quality service and admin support 
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring team KPIs are met (invoicing, job costing, complaint resolution, etc.) 
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching 
  • Implement and refine administrative systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness 
  • Manage complex billing for strategic clients and ensure monthly billing targets are achieved 
  • Maintain data accuracy in maintenance contracts, including asset variations and pricing updates 
  • Support continuous improvement projects and process efficiency initiatives 
  • Participate in local senior leadership team meetings when required 
  • Train and develop staff, conduct reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture 
  • Collaborate with Regional leadership and present insights at leadership meetings 
 
 
 
The Candidate  
You’re an experienced administration or service delivery professional with a strong background in billing, contracts, and team management. You enjoy building capable teams, improving processes, and working collaboratively with senior stakeholders. 
To be successful, you’ll bring: 
  • Solid administration/service delivery experience, ideally within a service-based industry. 
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams  
  • A proven track record in billing management, contract administration, and data analysis. 
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities 
  • A strong background in driving process improvement, increasing operational efficiency 
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy 
  • Confidence with ERP systems and process improvement 
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
