Are you highly organised, calm under pressure, and enjoy making things happen? We’re looking for a Service Administrator to join a small, tight-knit team supporting the smooth running of our service technicians services - ensuring great communication with valued custmers and prompt action is taken
This is an on-site role based in Rydalmere, initially on a 7-month contract, with the possibility to reassess.
About the Role:
You’ll be the go-to person ensuring our service technicians are where they need to be, especially during urgent or emergency situations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating service technicians’ schedules and workloads
- Managing customer communications professionally and efficiently
- Ensuring service jobs are organised and executed smoothly
- Supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and solutions
- Previous experience in a similar role, scheduling, or customer service
- Strong organiser with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can manage customer expectations
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues to solve problems
