An excellent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support a high-volume recruitment project, focusing on the end-to-end recruitment of driver roles within a fast-paced, operational environment.
The Role:
- End-to-end recruitment of driver roles from brief through to offer
- High-volume sourcing, screening and shortlisting
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to meet urgent workforce requirements
- Coordinating interviews, compliance checks and onboarding
- Managing candidate communication and maintaining accurate recruitment records
The Candidate:
- Proven experience recruiting drivers and/or blue-collar operational roles
- Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition capability
- Comfortable operating in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Immediately available or able to commence at short notice
- Confident working onsite in a hands-on role
