Are you ready to make a real difference in animal health across country NSW?

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on veterinarian to join us as a Technical Services Manager. This is your chance to combine fieldwork, technical expertise, and industry impact while building strong relationships with producers, vets, and resellers. This role is about becoming a trusted advisor!
This is a field-based role – you’ll be out on farms, leading programs, training teams, and supporting animal health solutions across our livestock and companion animal brands. You’ll also collaborate with our commercial and marketing teams to drive real-world results that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing
Making an Impact Through Technical Guidance
  • Deliver on-the-ground training, coaching, and advice to sales teams, producers, and vets.
  • Lead seminars, roadshows, farm visits, and technical events that make a difference.
  • Conduct on-farm diagnostic testing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Support product trials, post-registration studies, and technical programs.
Building the Technical Community
  • Contribute to national technical strategy and projects.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
  • Participate in research and student education initiatives.
  • Keep your technical expertise sharp across current and emerging products.
Ensuring Safety & Compliance
  • Provide input on adverse event investigations.
  • Support field investigations aligned with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain technical integrity and ensure a first-class customer experience.
About You
  • Vet or biological science degree(parasitology, microbiology, or related).
  • Experience in livestock and/or companion animal health.
  • Strong understanding of Australian livestock production systems or veterinary practice.
  • Confident, engaging communicator – you thrive building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.
  • Analytical thinker with solid diagnostic skills.
Bonus points: knowledge of regulations, trials, or industry resources.
