We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in administration, customer service, reception, sales support, and marketing coordination who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities working within supportive teams across a variety of industries, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Managing inbound phone and email enquiries from customers and stakeholders
- Providing high-level administrative and operational support to teams
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Processing orders, invoices, and documentation
- Assisting with sales administration and customer account management
- Supporting marketing campaigns, social media scheduling, and content updates
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems
- Greeting visitors and managing front-of-house reception duties
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception, sales support, or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive and professional approach to work
