The role:

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and grow their presence across a defined NSW territory. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships while actively identifying and converting new business opportunities across the on-premise and retail channels.
You’ll be representing a premium portfolio of foods, with the autonomy to manage your territory and the support of a highly experienced national team.


Key Responsibilities:

As the Territory Manager, you will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers across on-premise and retail.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory.
  • Promote and sell a curated selection of specialty food products.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers, and retail decision-makers.
  • Deliver on sales targets and KPIs, with regular reporting to the National Sales Manager.
  • Represent the company at trade events, and supplier visits.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

The Candidate:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a sales, territory management, or account management role, ideally in the food & beverage industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for high-quality products and a genuine interest in food.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a national team.
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally within the territory.
