What you’ll be doing:
- Driving sales growth across key national retail and distribution partners
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase market share
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Leading presentations, negotiations, and brand activations
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to launch new ranges
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within pet or baby equipment
- Strong commercial acumen and a hunter mentality
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
