Keryn is a passionate and dedicated recruiter with over a decade of experience in the Western Sydney market. As one of the founding staff members of the Elements team, she draws on strong, long-standing candidate and client relationships to offer advice, opportunities, and market insight that consistently deliver results. Her dedication to the industry has seen her recognised as a finalist for Recruitment Consultant of the Year (NSW) two years running with the Australian Institute Of Credit Management.

Keryn is driven by building lasting relationships and takes genuine pride in delivering top-quality service to everyone she works with.

Outside of work, Keryn is committed to her fitness, a regular at F45, an active runner and a dedicated volunteer with her local parkrun, where she's now got her son running alongside her. The social butterfly of the office, she's equally happy unwinding over good food and good wine in the company of family and friends.
