These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at www.elementsrecruitment.com.au (the "Site"), operated by Elements Recruitment ("Elements Recruitment", "we", "us", "our"), Level 14, 32 Smith Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, Australia.

By accessing or using the Site, including searching jobs, submitting a CV, registering for job alerts, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is used by two main groups of people, and these Terms apply to both:

  • Job seekers, including anyone who searches jobs, submits a CV, signs up for job alerts, or otherwise applies for a role through the Site
  • Employers and clients, including anyone who contacts us to find talent, reviews our services, or otherwise engages with the Site as a business


3. About our services

Elements Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency based in Parramatta, supporting employers and job seekers across Western Sydney and Greater Sydney, across sectors including Accounting Support, Business Support, Customer Service and Contact Centre, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Senior Accounting and Finance, Executive and C Suite, and Supply Chain, Technical and Operations. The Site is provided to help job seekers find roles and to help employers find talent. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guaranteed offer of employment, a guaranteed placement, or a binding contract of any kind between you and Elements Recruitment, a client, or a candidate, unless separately agreed in writing.


4. Job seekers, CVs, and applications

When you submit a CV, apply for a role, or sign up for job alerts through the Site:

  • You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own
  • You consent to Elements Recruitment collecting, storing, and sharing your information with prospective employers as part of our recruitment services, in line with our Privacy Policy
  • You understand that submitting a CV or applying for a role does not guarantee an interview, a placement, or any offer of employment
  • You are responsible for keeping any account details or personal information you provide up to date

Job listings on the Site are provided by Elements Recruitment on behalf of our clients. While we take care to keep listings accurate, roles may be filled, changed, or withdrawn at any time without notice, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a listing.


5. Employers and clients

If you are an employer engaging with the Site to find talent, use our services, or make an enquiry:

  • Any recruitment services, fees, or placement terms will be governed by a separate service agreement between you and Elements Recruitment, not by these Terms
  • Information you submit through the Site (for example, through our contact form) will be used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to provide our services to you


6. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in a CV or job application
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or any account that is not yours
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Site without our written permission
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Site, including through excessive automated requests

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who breaches these Terms.
