Are you an experienced Talent Coordinator or HR Administrator who enjoys a busy, hands-on role? We're partnering with a supportive HR team in Parramatta looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide valuable support across recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration.
The Role
This is a varied, fast-paced temporary assignment where you'll play an important role in keeping day-to-day HR and talent processes running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for a diverse workforce
- Conducting reference checks
- Verifying working rights, visas, WWCC and qualifications
- Preparing employee letters, processing terminations and assisting with HR reporting
- Maintaining accurate employee records and responding to HR queries
- Supporting general talent acquisition and recruitment administration
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Solid experience in a Talent Coordinator, HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence communicating with candidates, employees and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS 365, with ELMO experience highly regarded
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Circa $40ph + super
- Parramatta location
- 7–8 week assignment with an immediate start
