We’re an Australian-owned, female-led recruitment business with deep roots in Western Sydney. Founded in 2010 by Urszula Lusk and Natalie Pedemont, we set out to do recruitment differently — to build a business grounded in people, purpose and progress.

 

Over the past 15 years, we’ve grown into a specialist team of 13, each an expert in their field from Accounting & Finance to HR, Sales & Marketing, Business Support, Supply Chain and Operations.

 

We started as Veritas Recruitment and evolved into Elements in 2025. The name reflects what we stand for: recruitment built on experience, curiosity, empathy and drive. Because when you invest in people, the results always follow.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who thrives on connection, performance, and purpose. You’ll manage a full desk, nurture long-term client and candidate relationships, and build a pipeline that delivers results.
